When it comes to customer care, we’re obsessive. So, if you don’t hear back from us, that means we didn’t get your note, so please send it again.
While we’re grateful for your generosity, we’d prefer no stuff. Handwritten cards and notes are deeply appreciated (and yes, we read them all) but we’re not able to accept physical gifts or products.
